I work closely with Designate’s founding partner, Adam Hill, to drive the agency forwards, upwards and on to even better things.

On a day to day level, I oversee the senior management team, making sure we are working as efficiently and as creatively as possible, in everything we do. I am hands on with some clients, involved in most new business and a strategic sounding board for the team.

I've been in advertising and direct marketing throughout my career, mostly in the big smoke, but now thankfully in the far more pleasant environment of sunny Sussex, and more specifically, vibrant, creative Brighton.

Contrary to popular belief, I can sometimes be found in the office, and outside of that, it’s pretty much the three ‘P’s: with a punter (we do actually call them clients), at a pitch…or in the pub. Or possibly tending to veg in my garden. Or being a taxi service for my kids…
