A very good friend of mine introduced me to Brighton.
I was a media planner/buyer at a Cardiff ad agency at the time and was ready to move on. So I did. And I haven’t looked back.
In 1993, after selling advertising space at MBC in London and a brief stint as Marketing Manager at an FMCG company, I decided it was time to break out and go it alone. It was a desire I could no longer ignore.
I decided to start an agency. An agency that would be honest and hardworking. An agency where I could continue to drink and party, and bring the unique people of Brighton along with me. And of course, by nature of our location, many of those people were working at major London agencies and commuting daily. So my dream was their dream too.
Many great years have followed. And I mean great years. We doubled turnover every year and became the agency we are today. Still sticking firmly to our Brighton roots and often scaring the competition in the big smoke. Our ideas and passion shone as the outsiders. And that still shows in what we do today. I’m proud of what we have achieved. And the fact we have done it all from Brighton is even better.
