Kuoni don’t do ordinary holidays. They’ve been voted the World’s Leading Travel Operator 11 times in a row. After a branding exercise that had developed a ‘Kuoni are the real thing’ proposition we were to develop a new strapline and campaign for them.There is a trend moving away from generic, mass market, anonymous internet purchasing towards a desire to receive a more personal expert service. Kuoni had spotted this, opening four new stores in the year. We thought this was an area rich in opportunity for us to work in.
Create
The line we came up with was “Crafted by Kuoni”. A reflection of the personal care and attention you can expect to get when you visit one of their stores.
Our integrated campaign reflected this with a series of ads featuring the individual desires of customers that would make their particular holiday special. Outdoor posters, press ads, online banners and of course, point of sale all featured heavily.
