Feefo are an online customer review service. They are unique in making sure only actual customers can leave comments.
They approached us to come up with a short animated film to live primarily on their website.
The aim was to explain the service they provide and how customers can trust Feefo when they’re shopping.
Previously the marketing focus had been on a B2B audience, our aim with this video was to bring the brand to life for the consumer market.
We set out to capture the brand’s life and essence – colourful, fast moving and contemporary.
Animation was the perfect technique to do this. That way we were able to feature the Feefo brand icons and colours to help tell their story.
To help communication when sound couldn’t be guaranteed, the information is carried through subtitling rather than a voiceover.
The film was given a strong call to action as reminder – ‘Before you buy, Feefo it first’
