We wanted to carry this understanding and insight through all their marketing communications. With a new strapline and campaign we saw the opportunity to spark these same real conversations with the wider audience.
After a branding exercise we created the strapline ‘Requested by You, Crafted by Kuoni’, to reflect the individual quality of their attentive service.
The related campaign became all about you the customer, celebrating unique holiday requests. The ‘Crafted by Kuoni’ campaign talked to customers on outdoor posters, press ads, online banners, point of sale and anywhere they could engage people.
