Next up is Rob Thomas Head of Brand, at Columbus Insurance Services.

Rob has 20 years expertise across the marketing spectrum, with acquisition, CRM, Digital and Brand roles in travel, loyalty and FS companies. As head of brand and strategic projects for Columbus Direct, he is focused on expanding the Columbus proposition from Travel Insurance specialist into multi-line general insurer.

Away from work Rob is a passionate Welsh rugby fan, Liverpool FC supporter and above all a proud (but generally exhausted) dad of two boys and a girl.

In Rob’s session we will hear about how to inject personality into a functional commodity, like insurance.
