A Seriously Fun new client
Red7 are a hen, stag and group events specialist company based here in Brighton. After pitching for the business in May of this year, numerous workshops, call listening, mystery shopping, consumer focus groups in London and Birmingham and a whole lot of brand and creative strategy, we are seriously excited to launch a new brand for them. We’ve created a new positioning, identity, strap line, look and feel, tone of voice, fully responsive and content packed website and ambition – to extend beyond Hen and Stag do-s into a Group Travel Specialist.
During this process, we learnt a huge amount about the business by spending time with the Red7 team and even more about the market from the focus groups of hens and stags! A crucial element of the process was finding a positioning that could stretch into other group gatherings and it quickly became apparent that the sales staff working in the call centre were critical in the conversion process.
They are experts in how to have the most fun in big groups in locations around the world, with inside knowledge and next level organisational skills, allowing their customers to concentrate on having the time of their lives. This led us to our positioning, which reflects the entire business, staff, customers and relationships with suppliers – ‘Serious About Fun’. And instead of travel consultants, the staff are ‘Group Travel Gurus’.
The very essence of this is captured in the attitude of our key creative and campaign messaging, reflected in the UX of the site, the way in which the Gurus communicate and the way the business behaves in. Some example creative is below:
